How to become a sponsor

Sponsorship Levels

We propose the following categories and reciprocations:

Platinum

$15,000
  • Recognition as a Platinum support in print, on the web and in the conference program.
  • ~15 exhibition space in lobby area
  • Four company-provided items placed in the conference tote bag.
  • Logo displayed on signage at the entrance to EPIC2007
  • Seven complimentary registrations and special corporate support badges for your staff (or registration scholarships given in company name)
  • Maximum 3 Platinum Sponsors

 

Gold

$10,000
  • Recognition as Gold supporter in print, on the web, and in the conference program.
  • ~10' exhibit space in lobby area
  • Three company-provided items distributed at registration.
  • Five complimentary registrations and special corporate support badges for your staff (or registration scholarships given in company name).
  • Maximum 3 Gold Sponsors

Silver

$5,000

  • Recognition as Silver supporter in print, on the web, in the conference program.
  • Two company-provided items distributed at registration.
  • Three complimentary registration and special corporate support ribbons for your staff.
  • Maximum 5 Gold Sponsors

Bronze

$2,000
  • Recognition as Bronze supporter in print, on the web, and on conference program.
  • One-page company provided insert distributed at registration
  • One complimentary registration and special corporate support badge for your staff.
  • Maximum 10 Bronze Sponsors

Exhibition Area

The conference main track will take place in the Keystone Conference Center (first floor). The exhibition area for sponsors will be arranged around the open space outside of the Colorado Rockies Ballroom. In these open spaces it is also planned to hold the coffee breaks. The foyers provide an spectacular view to the Rockies.
